Submission Guidelines
Register or Login
Create an account on the journal’s submission platform. If you already have an account, simply log in using your registered credentials. This ensures secure access to your submission dashboard and communication trail.
Fill in Metadata
Enter essential information about your manuscript, including:
- Title of the paper
- Author names and affiliations
- Abstract
- Keywords
Accurate metadata ensures proper indexing and visibility of your paper.
Upload Manuscript & Supporting Documents
Submit the required files, which may include:
- Main manuscript (in Word or LaTeX format)
- Figures and tables (if separate)
- Cover letter (if applicable)
- Copyright or submission declaration form
Ensure all files follow the journal’s formatting and naming conventions.
Final Review and Submission
Carefully review all entered information and uploaded files. Confirm that:
- The manuscript is complete and formatted correctly
- Author order and details are accurate
- All declarations are accepted
Then click “Submit” to send your manuscript for editorial review.
Track Your Submission via Dashboard
Once submitted, you can monitor the progress of your manuscript through the Author Dashboard. Status updates include:
- Under Review
- Minor/Major Revisions
- Accepted / Rejected
You’ll also receive email notifications at each key milestone.
